Oakajee project on the backburner

Japanese company Mitsubishi has indefinitely mothballed a plan to develop an iron ore port and rail link at Oakajee in Western Australia.

The port was intended to link to the Jack Hills iron ore project but Mitsubishi has failed to find suitable partners to further the project.
