South Australia ports face review

The commission’s pricing regime governs pricing and fair access to services such as berths, moorings and loading facilities in Port Adelaide, Port Pirie, Wallaroo, Port Lincoln, Port Giles and Thevenard, run by private operator Flinders Ports.

Flinders Ports has suggested continued regulation of the ports is unnecessary.

ESCOSA is now reviewing submissions from interested stakeholders such as exporters, stevedores and shipping operators.
