South Australian price regulation to continue
Price regulation of essential services in South Australian ports is to continue for another five years to October 2017.
The Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA) has decided to continue with regulation after determining that port operators were not abusing their market power.
ESCOSA regulates six commercial ports: Port Adelaide, Port Giles, Wallaroo, Port Pirie, Port Lincoln and Thevenard.
