Mosolf expands Dubai automotive operations

The new facility covers 161,000 square feet (around 15,000 sqm) and includes open vehicle storage areas alongside an 11,000-square-foot (around 1,022 sqm) warehouse equipped for pre-delivery inspection and technical vehicle preparation services. The site is expected to become fully operational by the end of March.

The investment comes as RoRo traffic through Jebel Ali Port increased by 15% year-on-year, strengthening demand for additional vehicle handling, preparation and distribution capacity across Middle Eastern and international supply chains.

According to Jafza, the facility will enhance the free zone’s growing automotive logistics ecosystem by improving vehicle readiness and reducing delivery times for manufacturers and distributors operating across regional markets.

“By continuing to attract specialised automotive logistics providers, Jafza is enabling faster, more efficient and more flexible supply chains for the global automotive sector.”

Mosolf, headquartered in Germany, operates vehicle logistics and distribution networks across Europe and international markets. The Dubai expansion forms part of the company’s wider international growth strategy.

“The location, infrastructure and connectivity available here enable us to deliver high-quality, flexible vehicle processing services.”

The site also incorporates sustainability measures including photovoltaic-powered lighting, with solar-powered electric vehicle charging infrastructure planned during the next phase of development.
