Coquimbo privatisation out of favour
A $40m tender has been issued for the privatisation of the Chilean port of Coquimbo, but the process has already drawn criticism from port workers who complain that the government has reneged on earlier promises to include them in the process.
A previous attempt to privatise the port in 2008 was not successful.
