New South American port mooted

The governments of Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay are seeking finance from the South American Regional Infrastructure Integration Initiative fund to finance pre-feasibility studies for the construction of a deepwater port on Uruguays Atlantic coast. The fund was set up by 12 South American countries to promote regional infrastructure integration.
