Peru confirms DPW Callao lawsuit
The Peruvian Ministry of Transport and Communications has confirmed that DP World is taking legal action for alleged unfair competition linked to the North Terminal concession at its port of Callao.
DP World operates the South Terminal at the port, with APM Terminals holding the concession for the North Terminal.
