Meanwhile, at Valparaiso, two out of eight berths remain non-operational, while at San Antonio two out of five cranes were damaged. As for San Vicente, this is partially reopened.

Valparaiso and San Antonio are now experiencing growing levels of congestion as they attempt to handle traffic that would routinely go through other ports. Some vessels have had to wait up to 10 days at some ports to be unloaded.

Coronel port has resumed operations and is said to be relatively back to normal. At Liquén, Quay 2 is fully operational with 4 of 5 cranes unscathed and Quay 1 is also operating normally, although access on the land side has been damaged.
