Ukraine re-launches concessions

The State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine has recently announced future concessions of state-run assets at the country’s Black Sea ports of Odessa and Chornomorsk as well as at the Danube harbour of Izmail.

The Odessa-based facilities would comprise a passenger terminal, marina for 86 yachts, outdoor spaces and an open concert and exhibition hall.

The Chornomorsk opportunity involves three cargo terminals, and at Izmail concessions will be offered for both its cargo and passenger terminals.
