Hong Kong docker talks unsuccessful

Some 350 workers are now on strike for better pay and hygiene facilities

The latest rounds of negotiations which took place today between the unions, Everbest Technologies Ltd and Hongkong International Terminals (HIT), a subsidiary of Hutchinson Whampoa Limited (HWL), have been unsuccessful, with Everbest refusing to put a wage deal in writing.
