‘No conflict of interest’ at Montevideo

Uruguay’s Minister of Transport, Víctor Rossi, has dismissed accusations of any conflict of interest, given that the National Ports Authority (ANP) continues to hold a 20% stake in Terminal Cuenca del Plata (TCP).
