FERNRIDE launches driverless terminal operations

In a major leap forward for autonomous logistics in Europe, FERNRIDE has begun the operational transition to fully driverless terminal tractor operations at the HHLA TK Estonia terminal near Tallinn

This marks the reportedly first industrial deployment of autonomous yard trucking technology certified for safety under stringent EU standards.

The milestone follows the successful TÜV SÜD certification of FERNRIDE’s autonomous platform.
