First vacuum mooring for South America

The MoorMaster NxG system will be fitted at DP World San Antonio, marking a ‘significant advancement in port operations’.

Automated vacuum mooring helps the port enhance employee safety and increase ship-to-shore crane productivity by reducing vessel motion. The increased crane productivity together with faster mooring also shortens vessel turnaround times, reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
