Five ULCV quay cranes for Malaysia

A second order for ULCV quay cranes will help increase capacity at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas in Malaysia

The Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) in Malaysia has inked a deal with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries for five ultra large container vessel (ULCV) quay cranes.

The port – a joint venture between the MMC Group and APM Terminals – has previously placed an order in February with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries for six ULCV quay cranes.
