ONE completes key terminal takeovers
Stakes in key terminal operators will help ONE strengthen its position in Europe and on the US west coast
Ocean Network Express has completed its acquisition of a 51% stake in each of TraPac and Yusen Terminals, and a 20% stake in Rotterdam World Gateway (RWG).
ONE says these deals, part of the company’s midterm investment strategy, will help safeguard its access to terminal capacity in key locations.
