ABP secures Grimsby seafood hub

Associated British Ports has expanded its property portfolio with the acquisition of the leasehold of Grimsby Seafood Village, securing the future of a vital site supporting national food security

Located on the Port of Grimsby in the Humber, the site spans over four acres (1.62 ha) and comprises 21 units occupied by various fish processing businesses.

ABP has purchased the 125-year leasehold previously held by Great Grimsby Seafood Village, the original developers of the site.
