Costain wins Dover utilities contract

Infrastructure solutions company Costain has been selected by Dover Harbour Board to deliver major utilities upgrades under the Port of Dover’s new Project Contractors Framework

The framework, valued at up to £235 million and spanning six years, will oversee a range of civils, building and utility projects designed to modernise and strengthen the port’s infrastructure.
