Dubai maritime centre expansion
Dubai Maritime City, one of DP World’s flagship developments, has inaugurated Maritime Business Centre 2 (MBC-2), a new AED160 million (€37.5 million) commercial tower aimed at expanding Grade A office capacity within Dubai’s growing maritime and trade ecosystem
Located in the Commercial District of Dubai Maritime City, the tower was completed in just 20 months, with 78% of its office space leased before opening, underlining strong market demand for high-quality commercial facilities in strategically connected business hubs across Dubai.
