Millbay upgrade boosts UK connectivity

Millbay Docks in Plymouth, owned and operated by Associated British Ports, has officially celebrated the completion of a £23 million transformation, significantly enhancing the UK’s maritime connectivity

The upgrade strengthens the port’s role as a vital hub for passenger and freight services between the UK and continental Europe.

Key enhancements include a new passenger boarding bridge, a strengthened West Wharf to handle larger vessels and a modernised terminal with enhanced passenger facilities.
