Peel Ports Group has officially opened its £30 million RoRo berth at London Medway, marking a significant expansion of freight handling capacity

The new berth will serve vessels carrying a wide range of cargo – from automobiles and paper reels to construction machinery and steel – and free up adjacent berths for additional cargo types.

Future investments, including a new rail connection, are planned to further strengthen the port’s role as a key logistics hub.
