Associated British Ports has marked a major milestone at its new HELM Immingham site with a steel signing event, signalling rapid progress on one of the most significant industrial developments seen in the region for decades

The first phase of the scheme will see more than 650 tonnes of structural steel installed across the 227-acre strategic site, delivering 103,000 square feet (9,569 sqm) of modern, purpose-built industrial and logistics space.
