Coastlink is a neutral pan-European network dedicated to the promotion of short sea and feeder shipping, and the intermodal transport networks through the ports that support the sector. It is a place for industry professionals to meet and discuss future innovation, economic and environmental considerations – and develop partnerships that will help build a sustainable future. Stena Line secures Frederikshavn deal
Stena Line has signed a 50-year agreement with the Municipality of Frederikshavn, Denmark, solidifying its long-term presence in the North Jutland port city and marking one of the most significant maritime partnerships in the region’s history
The agreement grants Stena Line full responsibility for operations at the RoPax ferry terminal in Frederikshavn Harbor, where the company has maintained a presence since the early 1960s.
The deal also names Stena Line as the primary negotiating partner for other external port service users.
