Athena transforms Newport workforce scheduling
Ensemble, a provider of intelligent workforce scheduling software for ports and terminals, has won a new deal with ABP’s Port of Newport to modernise and streamline its workforce planning
The Port of Newport is now using Ensemble’s flagship platform, Athena, which uses machine learning to generate optimal schedules, ensuring workers are deployed efficiently and safely.
Since going live on 1 April, Athena has become central to Newport’s daily workforce planning.
