PNCT expands straddle carrier fleet
Port Newark Container Terminal has placed an order for 20 hybrid Konecranes Noell straddle carriers, reinforcing its long-standing partnership with the equipment supplier and underlining its commitment to more efficient terminal operations
The order was booked in the fourth quarter of 2025, with delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
PNCT is one of the largest container terminals on the US East Coast and operates an all–Konecranes Noell straddle carrier fleet, with more than 200 units ordered to date.
