The Port of Rotterdam Authority and VOTOB, the Association of Dutch Tank Storage Companies, are stepping up efforts to combat ‘storage spoofing’, a persistent fraud scheme targeting traders and terminal operators in the port area

Together the partners aim to tackle the growing problem of criminals selling non-existent tank storage capacity and commodity inventories via fake websites impersonating legitimate companies.
