During the tour delegates will see important parts of the port such as: The Churchill Dock (general cargo), European Distribution Centres, the Delwaide Dock (containers) and the huge Marshalling Yard of the railways.

The Port Tour will start with a visit to the nature reserve for water birds, ‘De Kuifeend’ and will then continue to Amoras, a sludge processing plant. Amoras is a permanent, sustainable solution for processing and storing dredger spoil in the Antwerp port area. It combines a unique sludge processing system with a water purification system, enabling maximum use to be made of the various fractions. Afterwards the tour will visit ‘Opstalvalleigebied’, a buffer between the industrial area and the residential area. It will then continue to ‘Blokkersdijk’ and will finish with ‘Rietveld Kallo’. Rietveld Kallo is an important breeding area for water and reed birds. During the tour we will also see important parts of the port such as: The Churchill dock (general cargo), European Distribution Centres, the Delwaide dock (containers) and the huge Marshalling Yard of the railways.
