Underground conduit tender launched at Barcelona

The Port of Barcelona has started the tender process for a network of underground conduits to support its dock electrification project

A network of underground conduits connecting the Energy and Adossat wharves at the Port of Barcelona has been given the go-ahead.

Work to create the seven conduits is complex as they will need to cross the 700m navigation channel at a depth of 32 metres below sea level.
