12 companies have sought pre-qualification to build the $205m offshore container terminal at Mumbai. Among the international bidders are P& O Ports, Mitsui OSK, Dubai Port Authority, Evergreen Marine, Maersk and Hutchison Port Holdings, while L& T, United Liner Agency, Adani Ports, Gammon India and ABG Heavy Industries represent local investors.
