Chinese to operate out of North Korea
Chinas state-owned Yanbian Haihua Group has purchased the rights to make use of two berths at the North Korean east coast port of Chongjin.
The contract is for 30 years, although involves the establishment of a joint venture company and investment of $7.83m.
