Port begins Clean Trucks fee
The Port of Long Beach was scheduled to commence collecting a Clean Trucks Fee on 18 February 2009 to accelerate the replacement of thousands of polluting cargo trucks. “It is imperative that we begin collecting the fees so we can move forward and achieve our clean-air goals,” said Richard D.
