New Zealand’s Port of Tauranga is reaping the benefits of several green initiatives, including achieving a 15.3% reduction in carbon emissions in the last financial year.

Initiatives include halving the amount of yard waste being sent to the landfill while also saving the port about NZ $215,000 in costs.
