Eight bids expected for Manta
Eight companies have been linked to the $230m development of the Ecuadorian port of Manta.
These are believed to be Barcelona-based TCB group; the Chilean companies SAAM, Ultramar and Agunsa; China Merchants Holding; Stevedoring Services of America; APM Terminals; and possibly DP World.
