The arrival of US$47 million in electrified port equipment marks a key milestone in the final construction phase of Latin America’s first fully electrified port facility.

APM Terminals Suape has received 28 fully electrified Sany equipment units at the Governador Eraldo Gueiros Industrial and Port Complex in Pernambuco, Brazil, enabling the terminal to advance into the final technical stage before operations begin in the second half of 2026.
