Gothenburg Port inks energy deal

The Port of Gothenburg has inked new long-term agreements with Inter Terminals Sweden, one of its largest customers in the energy sector

The agreements, signed on 1 July, include 25-year leases for above-ground areas and underground rock caverns, as well as a cargo port dues agreement based on traffic and volume.

The deal aims to provide both stability and predictability, supporting further investment in the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy.
