APM Terminals and the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) have signed a landmark agreement to accelerate port electrification across Nigeria’s port infrastructure.

A new memorandum of understanding (MOU) sets a framework for port collaboration aimed at transitioning container freight from fossil fuels to electric power in line with Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy policies.
