Europe has been focusing on its Green Deal ambition to make the EU the first net zero continent.

This includes the corresponding concrete green measures to achieve this goal as defined in the Fit for 55 package.

But, let’s be clear, it is the US Inflation Reduction Act, the US green subsidy, tax incentive and domestic manufacturing requirements initiative, that has been the real wake up call for Europe to come with a net-zero industrial plan.
