Rotterdam incentivises low-emission port operations

The Port of Rotterdam Authority has launched an emissions incentive scheme designed to cut port emissions by supporting the most cost-effective CO2e reduction projects.

Rotterdam’s Carbonbid tender targets emissions from port operations by compensating initiatives that deliver the greatest greenhouse gas reductions at the lowest cost within the port area.
