The Port of Seattle has expanded availability of shore-based power for cruise ships

The Port of Seattle is installing a third shore-based power system at Pier 66, reportedly making it the world’s first port with three of the systems for cruise ships.

Said to be the fastest-growing cruise port on the US’s west coast, the port sees around 200 ships visit in a typical season.
