Southampton targets wind export expansion

The Port of Southampton is expanding its role in the UK renewable energy supply chain through a strengthened partnership supporting wind turbine export operations.

Working with Vestas and Williams Shipping, the port has become a strategic hub for the storage and export of onshore wind turbine blades destined for UK and international projects.
