Ulsan expands green methanol bunkering provision

Ulsan Port has completed Korea’s first green methanol ship-to-ship (STS) bunkering for a bulk carrier, advancing its offering in sustainable marine fuel bunkering.

The bunkering operation saw Ulsan Port Authority (UPA) successfully supply green methanol to the Green Future, a dual-fuel bulk carrier chartered by NYK Bulk & Projects Carriers Ltd, part of the NYK Group.
