Wärtsilä has signed a four-year deal with Carnival to maintain and operate wastewater handling equipment on board some of its cruise ships
The order with Wärtsilä’s Water and Waste arm will cover 13 Princess Line vessels, eight Holland America Line vessels, seven Seabourn Cruises vessels, and three P&O Australia vessels.
It is the largest contract of this type to date between the two companies and includes health check visits, service visits, spare parts, remote technical support, and contract management services for onboard systems only.
