Antaq lengthens Pará concessions consultation
Brazil’s National Waterway Transport Agency (Antaq) put back until June 4 public consultation of six proposed new terminal operations at ports in the state of Pará. Five of these will be at the Port of Belém and a sixth at the Port of Vila do Conde. All will handle a variety of liquid bulk traffic.
The aim of the consultation is to obtain contributions, subsidies or suggestions to improve the legal and technical specifications – composed of the bidding documents, lease agreements, technical documents and their respective annexes – in order to eventually invite bids for all six.
Only contributions, subsidies and suggestions referring to the draft submitted for public consultation will be considered by Antaq.
