The TT Club’ s Andrew Webster says the ISPS Code is one of the most important developments for the port industry By July next year all port facility operators are required to comply with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. There are a number of dangers inherent in noncompliance, not least possible loss of liability insurance cover.
