Solar and wind takes off at Tianjin Port

A new NYK Group vehicle logistics terminal at China’s Port of Tianjin is being entirely powered by solar and wind power, making it carbon neutral.

The two wind turbines will produce 23 million kwh per of electricity per year, which will reduce CO2 emissions by about 23,000 tonnes per year
