Brazilian port to get Antwerp training hand

Antwerp Port Authority chief executive Eddy Bruyninckx paid a working visit to the Brazilian cities of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia recently, signing a collaboration agreement with the federal Secretaria de Portos da Presidência da República.

Under the terms of the MoU, APEC-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training (a subsidiary of Antwerp Port Authority) will organise port-related training (standard and tailor-made seminars in Antwerp) and will advise the Brazilian partners on further development and modernisation of their port infrastructure. The agreement is valid for two years.
