APMT INCREASES SHAREHOLDING IN GIOIA TAURO
APM Terminals has signed up with Contship Italia, Lucernate di Rho (Milano), Italy, a 83.3% subsidiary of EUROKAI, for 23.3% of the shares of Medcenter Container Terminals (MCT), Gioia Tauro. The purchase will bring APMT''s total share capital to 33.3%. Contship Italia will remain the majority shareholder with 66.7%.
