Manta issues port tender
Manta Port Authority in Ecuador has issued a tender for a 25-year concession to not only expand the existing port, but also to operate it.
Bids must be received by August 8, with an award slated for the end of September and an eventual contract to be signed by the end of November.
Investment of around $300m will be required.
