New Brazilian dry bulk concession due in May
The Brazilian state of Pará is to issue a $546m tender for a dry bulk terminal at the port of Outeiro in May.
In total, there will be four contracts, with 25-year concessions available to manage an area of 200,000 m².
In addition to extensive warehousing and silos, a barge terminal is also to be established to link the port to the inland waterway network.
