New cranes for CentrePort Wellington
CentrePort Wellington is to purchase two new Liebherr quayside container cranes at US$7.14m apiece. The acquisition of the postPanamax, twin-lift capable cranes is linked to the port company''s recent receipt of a coastal dredging permit to deepen its wharves and harbour entrance to accommodate coming generations of larger containerships.
