Coal cluster at Hebei
The northern Chinese province of Hebei is to develop a cluster of three ports – Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Huangyi – over the next three years, which will become the worlds largest combined coal export facility. Qinhuangdao exported more than 200m tonnes of coal last year.
